Accurate Lasers Inc. return policy is as followed.  If the merchandise has a manufacturers defect we offer 100% credit. If the items were ordered in error their is a 25% restocking fee. If the items are a special order item then their is no available return other than defective merchandise. For any defective merchandise you need to let us know within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. When returning a item let us know that the item is being returned make a copy of the invoice and put it in the box so we can track the items.

All Cores must be returned within 30 days. If for some reason the item can not be returned within that time period contact Christina Coen 800-662-0810 to make arrangements.
